Description
Produced in the 1920s and early 1930s, aircraft in the Douglas O-2 series were stout two-seat biplanes designed for reconnaissance, training and general utility roles. Almost 900 of these planes were built for the U.S. Army -- an enormous number for the times -- in a variety of different models.
