The German Fokker Dr.1 triplane was favored by Baron Manfred von Richthofen, the legendary Red Baron. Painted a bright scarlet, his Fokker Dr.1 struck fear into the hearts of his enemies. Richthofen died with 80 kills to his credit, making him the preeminent ace of World War I.
